My wife cannot take on the invitation to Spotify Family

My wife was kicked out of our Family subscription because of the missing adress.

 

Now she cannot accept my new invitation.

What should I do?

Sorry to hear your wife can't join the Premium for Family plan. Let's see what we can do! Here are some things to check first:

  • If she's accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If she didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

We suggest you check out this page, especially the 'The invite isn't working' tab. This should help you out!
