My Question or Issue

Today my wife lost her access to our Family premium. She is connected but with a free plan (she still have her lists and history).

When I'm going to my account, Our daughter appears but my wife disapeared. I tried to add her account again, but the application actively refuse it.

We are living in the same appartement and we are not travelling a lot.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

She's still seeing her playlists, saved music, etc. because Spotify can also be used on the free plan. 🙂 She's not part of your plan anymore if she's on free.

 

Please share the exact error message that appears.
