My wife has been rejected from the family plan

My wife didn't see the mail to confirm our address and can't use our premium plan.

When she uses the invitation link, she is rejected because her address can't be confirmed.

 

Device

Samsung S20 FE

Operating System

Windows 10

 

I pay for a family plan and I want that my wife can use it as expected. How to fix it please? Her username "jenn.derago"**bleep**
