Não consigo incluir um membro no meu plano familiar premium... envio o convite, ela recebe, mas não consegue concluir... Ela é menor de idade e mora comigo

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. In order to join a Family plan, the family member needs the have their own account first. If they don't have one, they can create one here. Keep in mind that there's an age requirement when creating an account.

Once an account is created, the member will be able to accept the invitation from the email they received. Just make sure they log in on the right account. To be on the safe side, make sure they log out from their account page before accepting, which will force them to enter their login details while accepting.
