Hi,

My family has been on Premium Family for a few years but early this year, Spotify dropped us out of this and back to being free for some strange reason.  I could no longer use my email address (don't know why it wouldn't work) so I used my child's email address.  Now Spotify has opened up a whole lot of audio books that only I would listen to but I can't read them because my son is the plan manager.  I read that I could cancel our plan and reinstate myself as the plan manager but it is within the year.  That won't happen until March/April 2024.  However, I'm paying the privilege of something I can't use.

 

My teenage son listens to music all day and some of the night so I never have an opportunity to log in as him to listen to a book.  How can I sort this out??

Thanks for reaching out.


Since all members of the Premium Family plan already switched plans once within the last 12 months, they, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to join a plan created by your account - at least not until 12 months after switching plans have passed. The only way around this restriction would be to create new accounts.
