My Question or Issue

i added a new family member yesterday but they are still receiving advertisements. They are listed in my plan. What can we do to remove ads?

Hey @Mel78w 

 

Tell him/her to login into his/her Spotify profile on his/her browser here with his/her email. His/her username will be displayed after login.

 

After that, tell him/her to check the status of his/her subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in his/her device, and be sure to use that username, instead of his/her email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
