New family member is logged in another family member's account

Hi, I am an admin of a Premium Family. At start it was 3 members. Now when I invited a new member(my husband), after submitting the invitation he is getting logged into my daughter's account. Family subsctiprion does not recognize him as active member.

My daughter used one of my husbands e-mail when she was invited to the Family. I used other e-mail address when I have invited my husband. I tried all possible combinations. Is it possible to check, which e-mail belongs to each member? 

My husband once has created an spotify account which has never been used, and he has forgotten the username.  I am confused. Somebody can help me?
