No Options to Manage Family Members

Hi all,

 

I have a family account snf haves used four seats.  Now when I click on MANAGE PLAN in account overview, it does not show me any user info, and i cannot add an additional family member.

I just figured it out. Looks like i am owner but under a different email
profile.

Hey @noelseansmith, and welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try logging out/in of your Spotify account? If that doesn’t help, please make sure that you’re the owner of the Premium for Family, and let me know if you see an error message when you try to manage your members.

Thanks loads for helping. 

 

I did log out and also tried both desktop and iPhone.   I think the problem may be associated with somthing I did. As far as I can recall, I as owner also assigned myself as a family member.  There are no error messages (See attached)

It seems like you're a member of the Premium for Family. Do you remember if you were invited to the plan?
