No confirmation of Family Premium account

No confirmation of Family Premium account

Hi Spotify,

 

I just upgraded my account from premium to premium family and I also paid like requested. However, I have not received a confirmation in my email and it does not show up either in my Spotify account overview (https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/).

 

How do I know from which date my Family Premium account starts? And can my husband already sign up to it as well?

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

Once a user upgrades their account correctly, the changed should apply immidiatly or in 24-48 hrs in case an approval of payment is needed.

 

What i would like you to do is to first check out your spam folder to see if anything landed their by mistake.

 

Then, please check your account overview once again here to view your account status.

 

In addition, please use this help page to make sure you haven't upgraded a second account.
