I don't have the new Lossless option on any of my devices. App has been updated to the latest on all, still not there.
Your own AI help System said it should be on Family Premium yet I am not seeing it.
Yes I am looking in the right place, where you change the quality, the highest I have is 'Very High' which is not new.

It would have been great if Spotify gave us a little heads up about the fact that the rollout takes a long time. That way, listeners would not collectively spend 1,234,000 man-hours trying to troubleshoot their system. Like I did.
Like others, can only express total frustration that having waited for literally years for Spotify to have lossless/HiFi the final arrival roll out is now being handled in a slow, inefficient, and totally random process taking months....do better
Same for me. My 13 year old son has lossless but I don't, and I'm the one paying for the family plan!

I don't have access to the lossless audio quality option yet, despite being on the the most up-to-date versions of the app on both Windows and Android (I'm in the Alpha testing group as well). Is there any way to ensure I get the update? I have been waiting for lossless quality on Spotify for years!
Is there are reason for the gradual roll out rather than just enabling it for everyone in a specific country? Your marketing team is making a bunch of fanfare about Lossless quality being here, along with sponsored articles saying how to enable it, which makes it so much more frustrating for those of us who don't have it and have been asking for it for years.

They have given no indication how long the rollout is, probably not until next year for a lot of people. All they had to do was give timelines and everyone would have an idea.
Bluetooth headphones and speakers currently don't support lossless. The only way to enjoy lossless is through wired headphones or on your phones's internal speaker.
Reactivated our family accounts from AM for lossless as prefer the Spotify app. None of us have the Lossless option. Had to create a new account for my son who forgot the details of his old one and boom! His new account has Lossless available straight away!!. I created another account for me to test it and see if I would get it too and no Lossless! This rollout makes no sense.
Mine turned on today, as far as 24/44.1 it’s excellent!! I’m guessing they had a good reason , it sounds super smooth. Very noticeable improvement.
I just cancel my tidal today , I been using Spotify for discovery and tidal to listen, I’m so happy I have a extremely awesome platform now, the best discovery , and now arguably the best sound quality.
tidal sounds bright compared and nowhere near as smooth as Spotify on lossless.
i can’t wait till my other devices get activated. I have the premium family account and I use all 6 profiles at various places.

It seems administrators of family plans are technically gated out for now. All my family members had lossless from day one. I read about other adminiistrators with the exact same experience. Patience it is 🙂
Just here to pile on my frustrations along with the rest of us shunned by said 'rollout', literally created my community profile for this sole purpose.
As someone whose been a Premium subscriber for the best part of a decade, the handling of releasing such a coveted feature is honestly ridiculous. So many better ways to approach this; an opt-in waitlist at the point of announcement, prioritisation by subscription duration/hours listened (literally lining your pockets), or at the very least simply provide some concrete numerical timeframes to show respect to your consumer base.
As a near $150B company there's no excuse for such a blasé, clumsy rollout of an offering your competitors have been providing for several years prior (and ironically still at a higher level).
Admittedly this is a very 1st world problem and I'll concede to that, however in a world where loyalty increasingly doesn't pay and having remained a continous premium subscriber to this service for years on end, it's kick in the teeth and I feel entitled to a degree of irritation.
It's not even a high quality level of lossless. 24/44? What year is this?

My Question or Issue
I was so excited that lossless is finally coming to Spotify, which means I don’t need to switch between Spotify and Tidal. However, for some reason I couldn’t not get the access to the lossless feature. Is it something to do with my premium plan being student? I’m living in the UK but it is still no available for me even it has been out in UK for a month now.
