Hey there!

 

I hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language.
Please follow this guide to make sure you're undergoing the correct steps to add an account to your Family plan.
Make sure your country settings match

Note: If an account you're trying to invite already has Premium, they will need to revert to free before they can join.
