No me permite dar de alta a mi esposa en la cuenta familiar

MI usuario es treseles64 y estoy intentado incorporar a mi mujer a mi cuenta familiar y cuando valida la invitación recibida en su email (<removed sensitive info>) sale un error que dice :

3- Vaya! Algo no ha ido como debía. Por favor, prueba de nuevo.

Lo hemos hecho varias veces incluso con una nueva invitación y el resultado ha sido el mismo.

Por favor, les agradecería una solución.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
