No puedo adquirir el plan Familiar.

No puedo adquirir el plan Familiar.

Anteriormente yo contaba con un plan familiar con mis roommates viviendo en Argentina. Ahora vivo en México con mi familia y quiero adquirir el plan familiar con los que vivimos en mi casa. Ya me cambié de dirección y CP y estoy utilizando tarjeta de crédito Mexicana, pero no logro conseguir que se active el plan y me dice que el método de pago no procede. ¿Alguien me podría ayudar?

Hey @user-removed, welcome to the community!

 

Right now, the community is supported in English, so I hope you don't mind me replying like this.

 

If your Spotify account is still using the Premium you purchased back in Argentina, I suggest cancelling the subscription first. Once the account goes back to Free, you can update the account country to Mexico, and get the Premium for Family plan here.

 

If you've already updated the country but you're running into any error messages, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to subscribe.
