No puedo pagar plan familiar por año

Tengo problema al intentar hacer el pago anual del plan familiar, cuando selecciono el prepago de 12 meses y doy click en la opción de OXXO, que es la única disponible, me regresa a la página para seleccionar un plan premium con el siguiente enlace:

¿Alguien me puede decir si es un error de la página o si estoy haciendo algo mal? Ya lo intente desde la computadora (Windows 10) y desde el celular (Huawei Y9 Primer con Android 10) y en los dos me pasa los mismo.

O si alguien me puede decir que tengo que hacer para poder hacer el pago anual se los agradecería muchísimo.

Currently, you can pay Premium Family for 12 months only via Oxxo.

 

Would you mind trying it from an incognito window on a computer and using a different internet connection? Make sure to subscribe here.
