No se actualizo el plan individual al plan familiar

No se actualizo el plan individual al plan familiar

Ayer cancele mi plan de suscripción individual y contrate 1 de suscripción duo anual, el problema surge que me sigue apareciendo que estoy en plan individual hasta el 11-01-2024 siendo que tengo el recibo de un plan duo.

Tengo el comprobante y todo pero no a pasado nada, desinstale la aplicación, lo he hecho del computador y del celular y nada. ¿Que hago en esos caos?

Sometimes it takes a little longer for the plan changes to become visible on your account page, but if you have the receipt for the yearly Duo subscription, it means the subscription should be activated and you can try using its functionalities. Are you able to send the invite already?


Also make sure to log out and back in a few times to prompt a resync.
