Hi there i am having troubles activating my moms premium family account. I sent her the invite, she opens her email goes to the link and then when she inputs her name address, etc.. to verify; an error says she has to try again. We are using the same address as my account and all info should be correct. Also there is something strange on the verification screen because it says that someone else has sent the invitation and it isnt me. I am guessing thats the issue.

 

can you please look into this?

Im having same type of problems.

Ive sent invitationals to my kids (whos been included in the family plan before but got cut off for som reason) and when they click the confirmation-link it says that the invite is from my wifes account and that they cant be included in her account (sense my wife is included via family in my account). Its just confusing right now..

 

Please help.
