Not able to add family member which was removed cause not confirming address

My Question or Issue

I have family plan where I had couple of family members but because one of it didnt confirmed address it was aoutomatically removed. 

Now when I try to add it one more time he is not able to assign its account to my plan.

Thanks for reply with advice. Finally I contacted support and my family member had blocked account so he was not able to rejoin. After unblocking by support all works like a charm 🙂 

Family Members removed from my family account without my consent and now can not rejoin
