My Question or Issue

My family plan manager was changed her logins so when he sent invites to join family plan it is give error that once every 12 months only can change family but actually the manager who taken premium was changes his account due to some issue but now other family members was not able to access that account

Hey @Vijay6, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If the member has received the plan limit alert, there isn’t anything that Spotify can manually do to remove or override that alert. The only solution would be for the member to create a new account and then transfer content from one account to another following these steps.
