now free, used to be family premium
My Question or Issue
I am part of the family premium account, and suddenly a recieved an email that states 'We couldn’t confirm your address, so we’ve switched you to a Spotify Free account.' I'm afraid I never got asked by the Spotify to verify my address, so I don't know what's happennig. The address remains the same, so it's unexpected. How can I be joined to the family again?
