Not possible to join a family blocked for 12 months !

Hello I got an invite from my BF. We live together for 8 months now. When I clicked on the link, spotify did not asked me my address. It automatically blocked me to join the family account for the next 12 months and I quote "we cannot prove that you live on the same address". Well. How can I prove to you ? You did not asked for my address...

Ps: I was earlier that year in another Spotify family which I left a few months ago and which made us decide to have the account together to make it easier.
