Hi,

I received an email saying that my son which is part of my family (and has 9 years old so obviously living at the same address) received an email to confirm his address.

He's too young to go wildely on the internet and use emails so I went on his email but I cannot find it (neither in the spam)

I went to his Spotify account but I cannot find anything to put the address. Can you please help me ?

Thanks for posting in the Community 🙂

 

In this case, we'd recommend creating a kids account for your son. That way he won't have to use his own email in order to join the plan. You can head here for more information.
