Not recognizing I am on Premium?

Hi there,

I just joined on my families premium account but it's not recognizing that on my Spotify player, it keeps saying I'm still a "free" member. When will I get to use my family premium account?

It solved itself the next day. I jumped the gun. The key is to be patient.

I'm having the same issue! I'm still getting ads, not unlimited amount of skips, etc. 

Same issue here; 4 members in family premium account. Are already premium users and still recognized as premium but no download. 1 existing user is now registered as free (master account) and 1 new user also registered as free account which just have been created. Payment has been done properly and we logged out on all accounts after registering for family premium account. What to do?

In the last days spotify had issues in registering new premium accounts. It should be solved now.

SO what was the solution? Mine still says Free but I have the receipt and amount deducted from my visa card

By the way, if you don't have premium yet and spotify recognises it, you won't get charged. The payment is on pending.
