I have signed up and paid for the family plan but my account still says I'm using Spotify Free

Hey @-zh4_8o9p8bp Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

I would recommend logging off and logging back into Spotify. This method helps resync your information to the Spotify Servers so then they can see that you have paid for Premium. Let me know how it goes ๐Ÿ™‚

Turns out I had 2 accounts with the same email address. It applied to the
wrong one.
