MEU ESPOSO PERDEU ACESSO AO PLANO FAMILY, POIS O APP DIZ QUE ELE NÃO RESIDE NO MESMO ENDEREÇO QUE EU. JÁ TENTEI INCLUIR ELE NOVAMENTE, MAS NAO DEU CERTO

Sorry to hear this has happened.

 

If there’s any information entered by an invited member that we can’t confirm, we’ll send them an email to reverify. They just need to enter their full address within 7 days of getting the email.

 

If the email verification fails or they miss the 7 day window, the invited member's account loses access to the plan and switches to free. They can’t join any Family or Duo plan for 12 months from the date the verification failed, but they can check out other plans they’re eligible for here.
