On a family plan but only one user can use account.

On a family plan but only one user can use account.

When one member is listening to their play list, other family members can't connect or will kick the one listening off.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure that all members of the Premium Family plan are logged into their own accounts, instead of the same one. You can check the account they're logged into by heading into the Spotify app Settings > Account.
