On family plan, why does an added account still only have shuffle option?

On family plan, why does an added account still only have shuffle option?

I added my daughter to my family plan which is showing up on the list of added accounts but won't let her listen to her playlist properly, it just still says shuffle and has adds etc. Any ideas why? And how to correct this?

Hey there! Happy to help.

 

Can you ask your daughter to log out of her account > restart the device > log back in? If she is still unable to use her Premium features, can you tell her to do a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
