 Kids are too young for email - how do I connect them to family premium?

Nice question, I'll try to help you out 🙂

If you want to create a Spotify account (for your kids), you'll have to use an email address or Facebook account. They don't need to have access to it (you can manage that accounts).

I'd also recommend enabling explicit content filter and checking out the kids' section. 😁
