One in my family dosent get invite email.

Recently ordered Spotify family. One person in my family dosent receive the invitation. We have tried several emails, but he doesnt get any email.

Ps.all the others in my family have receiveved it.

same issue. I can't seem to figure out what's going on.

Ok my family member got an email from support that says he has to cancel his premium account and wait until that subscription expires before I can invite him again. They promised that his playlists and saved music would all still be there. So I have to wait until his next billing date when he notices that his account has reverted to the free plan and then invite him again. He will continue to have his Premium account until then.
