My Question or Issue

So I recently renewed my family plan and it went from 6 to 4 members, however, I did see that you are able to buy 2 additional slots once you have 4 members in the plan and if it is a recurring plan. Me and my friend checked it over and over after following the steps in the official site on how to buy additional slots, but the option does not appear at all. Please help. Thank you

Hey @ManInVan, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

I’m sorry to hear this. You should be able to add additional members following these steps. If you still can’t find this option, can you try the same steps using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you add additional member to your account. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Thank you for replying! My friend and I have tried it with a different browser and private window too like you've suggested to no avail. The option to buy additional slots still does not appear.

Thanks for the info. For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Hey, man. Yeah, sorry, but I haven't gotten a solution as I have not tried to hit up customer support or find any other solutions. Maybe you can go try and get a hold of customer support.
