My Question or Issue

 Hello,

I live with my girlfriend on the same address and we want a family account. However she has her own premium account with her internet provider. By that time she has uploaded all her own music in her spotify library. To be able to join the family account she needs to terminate her premium account at her internet provider. However my question is, when she terminates that premium account and the account goes to a free account. Does she still have all her own imported music in her library? Can someone help me with that?

Hey @Portengen91,

The Premium subscription via the third party needs to be terminated 🙂 The account itself can continue to exist.

None of the saved music, playlists etc. will be lost when there are changes made to an account's subscription status.
