Paid for family subscription for one more month, but it doesn't work since i got headspace

Paid for family subscription for one more month, but it doesn't work since i got headspace

I chose to remove my family subscription in order to get the premium+headspace offer. I have already paid for family for one more month, but since I activated headspace the family subscription is not active. Can I get my money back or get the family subscription to work for the month I paid for?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
