Paying but not the family admin - how can we cancel ?

My Question or Issue

Weird situation here - family admin is son who is estranged from the family and does not react to to e-mails/phone-calls anymore. Payment is on the mothers credit card (obviously name on the cc clearly states that). Is there any way of canceling the family premium (and getting a new one) ?

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about the situation. If you don't have access to the manager account, you can reach out to our support team and as long as you can provide the necessary payment details to prove that you are the owner of the payment method, they'll be able to cancel the subscription for you.
