I upgraded from Premium to Premium for Family. The "invite" to the family member doesn't look like it is described in the instructions- no place to enter home address, so she isn't signed up- still on her Free membership with limited functionality and a plethora of annoying advertising. I am not amused.

Could you try sending another invite using a different browser or private window? If you're not sure how to send an invite, follow these steps

 

If that doesn't help, can you reply here with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
