My Question or Issue

 

I have had spotify family for about a year without problems. Now when my partner is listening to music and I try and play something on my phone it asks if I want to swap who's listening. 

I'm not sure why this is happening or what to do.

Any help would be great 🙂

I’ll be happy to help you and check this out.

Could you and your partner on both devices to go Settings in the Spotify app (gear icon) > Account and let me know if the Username matches on both devices? 

 

If they match, make sure that your partner is added as a member to your account. You can always manage this here
