Payment Issue With Turkey

Payment Issue With Turkey

i try to make a purchase and im not able to pay it. What i have tried.

1. normal browser
2. incognito mode
3. check with my bank
4. use my phone browser
5. use my phone browser with incognito
6. restart both my cpu and phone
Using windows browser and ios

NOTHING WORKS! WHY AM I ALWAYS FAILING WHEN I HAVE USE THE SAME BANK TO PAY BEFORE!! JUST THAT I HAVE A NEW CARD THEY NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT IT

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

I recommend making sure that:

  • Your payment method is issued in the same country as the country of your Spotify account. You can check your country setting on your account page.
  • The payment method you're trying to use is open for foreign, recurring and online payments. You may need to double-check this with your bank.
  • You have sufficient funds.

If the issue persists after checking those three things, I recommend that you try to use a different payment method.

I'm having the same problem now for about 6 months. Nothing works, The issue is not the bank, Spotify is not accepting the payment
