Hey!

I'm using spotify with my flatmates. Today the payment failed due to my empty bank account, but got some money from my parents and wanted to pay for spotify. Instead of paying for the family account it changed to single premium account. I want to have the family one back but it already took money from my bank account. If I change to family account right now will it charge extra? Like I will pay both for family and single premium account for this month?

I would contact spotify. If you want can contact Spotify directly with them click here . They will handle your problems from the inside of Spotify instead of trying to troubleshoot it from the outside. They will most likely give you the money. Hope this helps. Likes are appreciated.
