Hi,

 

I´m having this issue since dec last year. I tried to use my personal card that is international and had used before here at spotify for premium services. Already contacted the bank and there is no problem at their end since they even do not see any attempt from spotify to charge my card. I´m tired of this, last time i had to use a friend card to activate my subscription and is from the same bank and it works, so this problem is not with the bank neither the card and please do not come with the thing to open a incongnito page, wait a few days or contact the bank. Already wait for more than a month,open several incognito pages from several computers and cellphones and already contact my bank more than 5 times for this. Need this solve as soon as possible.
