Payment method for Premium Family Plan

Payment method for Premium Family Plan


I'm unable to change my payment method for premium family plan. The option to use debit/credit card is not clickable. It forces me to pay by mobile which is a hassle. Can someone help?

Have you tried this using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t help, can you let me know if you’ve had this option before and if you’re starting or continuing a Premium Family subscription.
