When I try to pay for the family plan subscribtion with the credit/debit option, it keeps redirecting me to the mobile payment version but when I change my spotify country to another country, suddenly the credit/debit option appears. And when I change it back to Malaysia, it redirects me back to the mobile payment option.
Would appreciate it if you guys could offer a solution to this problem.
If you aren't able to use your card as a payment method for your subscription it's possible you've encountered an issue that we're currently investigating. Take a look at thisthread and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTEbutton. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well.
It'll also be useful to Subscribe in the three-dots menu at the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this.
