My Question or Issue

I had a payment card block and my family account was suspended. I fixed the card and went thro' the card update procedure in my spotify account. However it reinstated me to personal premium, not family. I changed my plan to Family again. it hasn't remembered any family members. it's asking for my address which it's address finder can't locate properly. I just wanted to continue as before! do I have to register my family members all over again?

If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find.

 

If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.

 

When a Premium Family plan has ended, all members are removed from the plan. When you start a Premium Family plan again, you, unfortunately, do need to invite all of the members again.
