Permium overseas

Hello
I am currently travelling in Australia. My family has the family premium plan. Some how I got logged out and now I can’t log back in again. So my father invited to the plan. So when a write in the address in Sweden to verify. It says I can’t log in form overseas. Try agin when I am back on at the address. What should i do? Can you fix this. I have tried logging out and back in couple of times and the address verify 10 times or more. My girlfriend who I’m travelling with she has the same family plan with family and it works perfectly for her. Please help me!

Could you please let us know if you've been logged out of the account and now you don't have the login info to get back or you're on the account but you can't access Premium features?
