Se niega a darme el plan familiar premium a razón de que supuestamente ya soy miembro de este u otro plan familiar y en verdad no lo soy, me exaspera. Ayuda por favor.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English. If you get the message that you're already a member when trying to accept the invite, it means you might be logged in with an account which already is a member on your device. 

 

Before accepting, make sure to log out from the account page, and then accept the invite. This will force you to enter your own login details.
