Plan manager change payment method to new different country

Plan manager change payment method to new different country

Will all the members in my plan be removed in the next billing? If that happens can they re-join my plan immediately again or they have to wait 12 months to cool-down. Or maybe their region will automatically change to the new country tied to my new payment method?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.


Since one of the requirements to be part of a Family/Duo plan is that all members must live in the same location, when the manager changes the country, all other accounts will be eliminated from the plan in the next billing cycle.


To rejoin, there's no cool down time. They just need to change the country of their accounts to match with the one registered on the manager's account and accept a new invite that you can send from following “this steps”.


However, keep in mind that members can only join 2 different Family/Duo plans per year. If any member is having issues re-joining the plan, we'd recommend getting in contact with Customer Support as they can check individual accounts to see what the issue is.
