Porqué no puedo agregar miembros a mi plan Familiar?

Tengo 4 miembros incluyéndome en mi plan Familiar, por ende me sobran 2 espacios los cuales he tratado de llenarlos con personas pero no me permite ya que los nuevos miembros al querer acceder con la invitación y poner la dirección del domicilio les sale que no viven en el domicilio y no pueden ingresar al plan

Please make sure that members are residing at the same physical address during the time of signup. I’d recommend the other members that still need to join, accept and verify their address whenever they’re back at home. There’s more information on how address and verification works here. 

You’re also able to send them another invite and see how that goes.
