Premium Family Error

My mom cannot join the premium family plan even though we all live in the same house, my dad was able to join with no issues, however, my mom is getting an error after verifying the address that says “Something went wrong, try again later”

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Is she currently the owner of another Premium Duo/Family plan by any chance? If so, she'll need to cancel it and wait until it ends before being able to accept the invite.
