Hi, i received a strange message that the premium family account will be disconnected if the 5 sub account will be not confirmed in 7 days. What i have to do? is more than 1 year that we are with Spotify without any problem.

hi reply to your email using the gmail account that i use for the spotify premium

Hello as mentioned on the mail sent via gmail i received this warning message for every 5subaccount

Si he tenido en plan familiar con mis hermanos sin ningun percanse, porque de repente me piden verificar la cuenta y dicen que no pueden verificar que somos de la misma familia?

Hi! i´m getting the same email. My account was working fine and after 4 months I receive the exact emil saying that the members of the account need to verify the account. I whant to know if you have being able to solve the issue.
