Premium Family, impossible to add members

Premium Family, impossible to add members

Hello!

 

I have a Family subscription and, even though my son lives with me, we are unable to get an account for him due to the fact that he doesn´t live in the same address or the same country. He does not have an active premium subscription, we have tried creating new email and spotify accounts, we have deleted and re installed the app, and it´s nothing seems to work. 

 

He used to depend on my Family plan, but Spotify deleted him because allegedly the postal codes don´t match, which they do!

 

Any help?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Right now, all the members of the Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs.

 

Since your son is living in a different country, he can get Premium for his account here.

Hello Alfredo, thank you for responding. My son does not live in a different country, we live in the same house (in the same country).  The community´s help resolving this issue would be much appreciated!

In this case, since you're both sharing the same physical address, it's best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

 

They'll help you out with this issue as soon as possible.
