Premium Family member not receiving email invitation

Premium Family member not receiving email invitation

There seems to big a problem with receiving the e-mail invitation. I tried adding my daughter to our family account by sending her an e-mail invitation. Unfortunately, she has not received the e-mail. Also checked the spam folder, which was empty. I tried sending this e-mail at least 5 times over the past few weeks. Without success. What's the problem? Why is she not receiving any of these mails? HELP!!! I spending money on an family premium account without my family members.

Hey @rubyla-ch, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Can you try sending the invite from an incognito window, on a desktop PC? Also, we recommend you to check your spam and junk folders one more time since the invite might be there.

 

If this doesn't help, feel free to contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at the accounts.
