Although my account is logged in as premium and there is no payment issue in my account, the app on the Macbook says it cannot be used as it's exclusive to premium subscribers. I already re-installed the app, re-start the mac and nothing change.

I recommend logging into the Spotify for macOS app using the username that can be seen here as well as your password.
