Mother invited me to Premium family plan. She lost her card and ordered an new one and canceled the old that was hooked to the account. During that time a payment was supposed to be made, but wasn’t able to due to her card being canceled. It booted me from the plan, and when she tried to re-invite me it wouldn’t let me join saying I couldn’t join another persons plan for 12 months. Is it even possible to get back on? If so how because she didn’t personally take me off. It did it itself because the bill had not been paid.
